Kids' CITY

K - 5th Grade

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."

Matthew 19:14

Hey parents, at Life Touch Community Church, we believe that children are an integral part of our church body, and we are committed to coming alongside parents to raise them. Together, our goal is to see kids come to know who Christ is, experience how He works in their lives, and integrate them as essential and valuable members of the church's life.

Our weekend services are available in-person and online, but we understand you don't want your children to miss out on the fun! That's why we offer Kids' City, where you can access age-appropriate content and have a great ministry experience right from home. We provide weekly videos for kids from Kindergarten to fifth grade, and we hope that this will help your kids grow spiritually and bond as a family. We recommend watching these videos with your kids, so gather your family, press play, and have a blast!
Check back each week to discover new lesson guides and find new videos posted here!

Hey kids! Welcome to Kid’s Church. I’m so glad you could be here today.

The Baptism of Jesus- Sunday November 10th, 2024 Lesson

In today’s lesson, we’re going to learn about the day Jesus got baptized. Remember, last week we talked about Jesus’ cousin, John, who would baptize people in the river. He baptized so many that his nickname was John the Baptist! One day, Jesus came to John and asked John to baptize him. John’s initial reaction was, “No way! You’re Jesus. You should be baptizing me!” But, Jesus insisted that John baptize him. You know why? Because Jesus wanted to model what he wanted his followers to do. Baptism is a really important symbol that shows what Jesus came to do for us. Going into the water means we’re dying to our sin and coming out of the water means we get to live a new life with Jesus. So, when we get baptized, we’re announcing to the world that we belong to Jesus. And, that makes God really happy to see people say that they belong to him. So kids, if you’ve trusted in Jesus, talk to your parents about getting baptized. It will make God smile!
